OREANDA-NEWS. January 14, 2010. Russian agriprocessing company PAVA envisages to install new equipment for grain and flour quality analysis that accurately complies with Russian and international standards. Continuous upgrade of the milling plants supports business goals of the most rapidly developing exporter in the milling industry.

“All production branches will have new sensor equipment installed, which recognizes the full spectrum of wheat characteristics such as protein and moisture content, vitreousness, etc. Through regular testing we can monitor the full quality chain – from grain inputs to properties of flour, and guarantee implementation of the company’s individual technology”, comments A. Ananin, PAVA Managing Director.

PAVA mills also study key metrics of the dough performance, which enables flexibility in cooperation with bakery, confectionery plants and pasta producers.

“Importantly, today we have an opportunity to influence quality of input materials, because the company grows own feedstock, introducing advanced agricultural techniques”, says Mr Ananin.
