OREANDA-NEWS. January 18, 2010. Further to the annual rating by an influential Serbian Blitz newspaper, Deputy General Director of Gazprom Neft, Naftna Industrija Srbije (NIS) General Director Kirill Kravchenko heads the list of top 50 influential foreigners residing in Serbia. In the opinion of the printed publication, the head of NIS sidestepped his rivals in terms of levels of political and financial influence, individual authority and his skill of reaching established goals. The positive reputation of the Serbian company headed by the Russian manager served its purpose as well. The rating compilers sum up: “For Serbia, the previous year turned to be the year of Russian business, and our rating proves it best”.

The first top ten also includes heads of such companies as Fiat-Serbia, Telenor, VIP-Mobile, the Serbian branch of the World Bank, German Ambassador to Serbia, heads of Raiffeizenbank and EBRD. Another two Russians join the ranks of top fifty, namely head of Yugorosgaz Vladimir Koldin (10) and Russian Ambassador to Serbia Alexander Konuzin (18).
