OREANDA-NEWS. January 20, 2010. JSC "AIP" is awarded with a Winner diploma of regional competition "The Best Organization of Personnel Intraproductive Training". The ceremony took place in Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin.

Seven manufacturing plants of the Region (JSC "AIP", JSC "AMP", "Poustyn" Ltd., JSC "Temp-Avia", Gorodets JSC "Zavolzhsky Motor Plant", JSC "Nizhny Novgorod Machinery Plant", Dzerzhinsk FPC Sverdlov Plant) took part in the competition and JSC "AIP" was the best having scored maximum points.

Head of the personnel department I. Kousina says:

- At our plant much attention is paid to the professional and advanced training of the workers, employees and administrators. The Program of the Personnel Development for a period of 2009-2011 aimed at the personnel potential development, organization of a qualified and solidary team capable of implementation of the high technology production tasks has been worked out and it successfully functions. Training conducted by teachers from educational organizations of Arzamas, Nizhny Novgorod and other cities is organized. Only in 2009 3517 persons improved their skills (the costs including money from the federal budget were over 3 million 500 thousand roubles).

In 2009 AIP, one of the first in the Region, joined the program of federal subsidizing for implementation of additional measures of tension reduction in the RF region labour-markets. Particularly the plant performed anticipatory training in which 325 persons took part (for this purpose 1 million 380 862 roubles were appropriated). Among them are lathe, milling and grinding machine operators, tool-makers, СNС machine operators, assembly fitters of aviation devices and other staff categories. All of them were given a job according to the obtained skills and accordingly their salary was raised.

At the plant graduates of primary, secondary and higher educational organizations underwent a training course. For this purpose the federal budget appropriated 476 056 roubles. Besides every month the plant paid them 1500 roubles from the plant funds. In 2009 13 of 31 graduates who underwent the training at JSC "AIP" were hired.

Since 2008 activity on staff reserve forming has been carried on. At the plant there is a Working Youth Board which helps young people to adapt in production, strengthen labour discipline, create conditions for professional growth. With the administration support craftsmanship contest "Golden Hands" is held and since 2008 its winners have got a monthly Plandin grant during a year.

At "AIP" social programs are carried on. Mortgage lending is one of them. Young employees who need improving of their housing conditions get partial compensation of the bank interest on the dwelling credit. Voluntary insurance activity is carried on.

All these activity directions allow to successfully implement the tasks of the plant personnel policy.
