OREANDA-NEWS. January 26, 2010. The State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan informs that by 1st January of the year country’s stocks of oil totaled 213,800 tons, while its overall production made up 50.376 million tons for 2009.

As of 1st February of the year they made 163,800 tons with production of 3.628 million tons, as of 1st March 160,200 tons and 7.3 million tons, as of 1st April 131,200 and 11.386 million tons, as of 1st May 198,600 tons and 15.878 million tons, as of 1st June 167,800 tons and 20.396 million tons, as of 1st July 175,000 tons and 24.8 million tons, as of 1st August 113,900 tons and 29.2 million tons, as of 1st September 148,200 and 33.5 million tons, as of 1st October 187,600 and 37.819 million tons, as of 1st November 223,000 tons and 42.257 million tons, and as of 1st December 207,700 and 46.335 million tons respectively.

Stocks of motor petrol by the reported date reached 30,100 tons (production: 1.237 million tons), diesel fuel 92,300 tons (2.366 million tons), kerosene of 10,500 tons with production of 609,600 tons. Data on black oil were not renewed - 26,500 tons (241,700 tons).

“As of 1st January 2010, stocks of oil refineries were estimated at AZN 48 million (versus AZN 32.8 million by 1st December, AZN 27.8 million by 1st November, AZN 36.3 million by 1st October, AZN 34.5 million by 1st September, AZN 34.9 million by 1st August, AZN 36.7 million by 1st July, AZN 40.3 million by 1st June, AZN 42 million by 1st May, AZN 39.4 million by 1st April, AZN 46.5 million by 1st March, AZN 62.8 million by 1st February and AZN 53.6 million by 1st January 2009) or 20.7% of overall balance of industrial enterprises’ finished products,” it was informed.

Stocks on all the petroleum products covered domestic consumption during 0.5-1 months.

Stock in storage at Azerbaijani industrial enterprises for December 2009 rose by AZN 800,000 and reached AZN 231.4 million by 1st January 2010.
