OREANDA-NEWS. January 29, 2010. Deutsche Bank continues to strengthen its team and announced the launching of its cooperation with Ilya Yuzhanov today.

Deutsche Bank continues to strengthen its team and announced the launching of its cooperation with Ilya Yuzhanov today. Ilya will be in charge of a range of issues relating to development of contacts within the Russian business community, initiating new businesses and strengthening of already existing business connections of the Bank. Ilya will start to perform his duties on December 21, 2009. He will directly report to Igor Lojevsky, Chief Country Officer, Deutsche Bank, Russia and CIS. Also he will closely interact with Batubay Ozkan, Head of Global Markets of Deutsche Bank for Russia and CIS, and Andrew Chulack, Head of Global Banking Deutsche Bank Russia.

Ilya Yuzhanov graduated from A.A. Zhdanov Leningrad State University with a degree in economics in 1982 before receiving his Ph.D. in economics. From 1999 to 2004, he was Russian Minister for Antimonopoly Policy and Entrepreneurship Support; later Ilya was Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC “Polymetall”, Russia’s largest silver producer. Ilya is a member of the Board of Directors of Uralkali and member of Supervisory Board of Alrosa Co. Ltd.
