OREANDA-NEWS. January 29, 2010. The presentation of "Transtech- 2010" 10th Anniversary Exhibition and the II International Conference "The Future of Russian Ports" will be conducted in the congress-center of the Pavilion 6 at "Lenexpo" exhibition complex on March 1, 2010.

The events are organized by "Lenexpo" JSC, "Dolphin Exhibitions Ltd" (UK), and "Transtech Neva Exhibitions".

The presentations will be attended by the representatives of the Association of Sea Trade Ports, Russian Ship-owners Union", Maritime Council of St. Petersburg, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug administration, , Dolphin Exhibitions Ltd., UK. "Port News" is the main exhibition media partner.

St. Petersburg Government has officially included "Transtech" exhibition into the list of the city priority events for the period of 2009-2011.

The Association of Sea Trade Ports and Russian Ship-owners Union decided to conduct the second international conference "The Future of Russian Ports" in the exhibition framework.

The exhibition is supported by the Maritime Board of RF Government, Ministry of Transportation of the Russian Federation, Maritime Council of St. Petersburg Government, and St. Petersburg Committee for Transportation and Transit Policy, Coordinating Council on Transsiberians Transportation and Association of River Port and Ship-owners. 

The heads of "IAPH" (Japan) International Association of Ports and Harbors and ESPO (Brussel) European Port Organization will take active part in the exhibition and conference.

"Transtech- 2010" business program is expected to be very rich. On October 6-7, 2010 the exhibition platform will host the II Northern Transportation forum, initiated by the administration of Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.  Forum is timed to the 80th anniversary of Yamalo-Nenets Region and 75th anniversary of "Lengiprotrans"
