Lindab, one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics AX users in the world, selected GMCS for technical support of the management information system at their representative office in Russia. Today GMCS provides technical support of the enterprise management system based on the international version of  Microsoft Dynamics AX, including support of bookkeeping based on both Russian and western standards in the system.

The Swedish company Lindab is one of the world’s leading producers of ventilation and conditioning systems. The company disposes of production lines in 31 countries and has over 1000 distributors across the globe. Lindab has been present in Russia since 2006, in 2007 the company opened its own factory in Saint-Petersburg.

Microsoft Dynamics AX is the corporate standard for Lindab and is used both in the head office and in all company branches, including the Russian representative office, to comprehensively manage production, finance, logistics and sales. Standards set at international group level also translate into high expectations towards IT service suppliers, including Microsoft Dynamics AX technical maintenance and support services. In order to optimize spending on technical support of the Russian Microsoft Dynamics AX system Lindab made the decision to hand over these tasks to an external contractor. In the end system support was entrusted to GMCS, which has successful experience in organizing and providing Microsoft Dynamics AX technical support services to Russian branches of international companies.

The client’s management information system is supported remotely. The service package provided by the GMCS team includes daily system operation monitoring, processing user requests, and providing consults on RF legislation changes and their reflection in Microsoft Dynamics AX.
