OREANDA-NEWS. February 12, 2010. Nurbank is pleased to announce that it has executed five-year unsubordinated bond issue in the amount of KZT 16 bln. The issue was duly registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and upervision of financial market and financial organizations, reported the press-centre of Nurbank.
 
International Rating Agency Moody’s Investors Service has assigned its "B2/negative" longterm rating on the primary bonds of Nurbank. First year coupon rate is fixed at 12% p.a. of face value, starting from the second year of revolving period the coupon rate should be revised once a year (before the relevant year of revolving period starts), depending on inflation rate.

Information on the revised rate will be published and available for the holders a day before the date of the beginning of the next coupon period on the official web-sites of JSC "Kazakhstan Stock Exchange" and JSC"Nurbank".

The date of the beginning of revolving period is a date of including the bonds into the official list of securities of JSC "Kazakhstan Stock Exchange". The related data will be published additionally.
