OREANDA-NEWS. February 12, 2010. Bakcell, in line with its philosophy to Get closer to its customers and investing in its people, opened the new Training Center for its employees in Baku. The center was opened by the CEO of Bakcell Ms. Ineke Botter. The CEO of Bakcell Ms. Botter said, reported the press-centre of Bakcell:

“Bakcell’s new Training Center has a capacity of 7 training rooms, where 120 people can be trained in parallel; this year only Bakcell will train hundreds of employees in technical and general topics. Bakcell strongly believes in investing in its people and their future careers”.

The Training Center is located at the 4th floor of International Trade Center, on Heydar Aliyev Avenue 95. In accordance with the frame agreements between Bakcell and GRBS, Coaching and Consulting, Allianz Group, trainers from these companies will share their experience with Bakcell employees. Training Center is aimed to improve Bakcell’s employees’ future career and improve their skills and performances.

Bakcell in the last 12 months has significantly expanded and enhanced its network and more than doubled its coverage into every region of Azerbaijan. Bakcell now has nearly 2 million active subscribers.
