OREANDA-NEWS. February 25, 2010. Russian JSC "Tekhsnabexport", one of world leaders on supplies of uranium products and rendering of nuclear fuel cycle services, will transfer in 2010 series of its assets to "Rosatom" and Fuel company (formed on the basis of TVEL), reported Director General of JSC "Tekhsnabexport" Alexey Grigoryev.

"In 2010 JSC "Tekhsnabexport“ plans to transfer into ownership of „Rosatom“ assets on production of composite materials and carbon fibers, previously consolidated in JSC „NPK„ Khimpromengineering“. We also plan to transfer into ownership contour of Fuel company established on the basis of JSC „TVEL“ assets on development and production of gas centrifuges, which for some years were consolidated by TENEX (world brand of „Tekhsnabexport“) in company JSC „IC „Russkaya gazovaya centrifuga“, — said he.

100% of „Tekhsnabexport“ belongs to nuclear holding company „Atomenergoprom“ (which in its turn by 100% belongs to state corporation ("Rosatom“). Fuel company on the basis of JSC "TVEL“ (produces nuclear fuel for NPPs) is established for improvement of competitiveness of Russian products at global market of nuclear fuel cycle.

At the first stage, the Fuel company will unite enterprises on production of gas centrifuges, separation and sublimate plants and fuel fabrication plants.
