OREANDA-NEWS. March 3, 2010. Maryina Roshcha and Dostoevskaya stations are to be open on the pale-green line of the Moscow Metro by May 15.

City authorities had originally planned to have these stations opened last year, however, due to the financial crisis, their opening was postponed till spring 2010.

“Maryina Roshcha and Dostoevskaya stations will be open by the 75th anniversary of the Moscow Metro. The work is coming to an end,” Svetlana Tsaryova, the Moscow Metro press secretary, said on February 26.

It was informed earlier that Mayakovskaya station would be under reconstruction till June while the reconstruction of Ploshchad Revolyutsyi station was to be completed in the second quarter of 2010. The development of a detached entrance to Sretensky Bulvar station opened two years ago will start in late 2010.

Besides, the work will go on at a section of the pale-green line from Maryino to Zyablikovo, including the way stations called Borisovo and Shipilovskaya.

It is also planned to resume building Novokosino and Novogireevo stations on the yellow line and prolong it beyond the Moscow ring road in two years.
