OREANDA-NEWS. March 05, 2010. The Russian Bank for Development took part in the field meeting on the question of SME development in the North Caucasian Federal Okrug that was held within the framework of VII South-Russian Forum “Caucasian Recreation Area -2010”, reported the press-centre of RBD.

Building up the SME lending support in the North Caucasian Federal Okrug was on the agenda of the meeting. Answering the questions of representatives of SMEs Nadezhda Martynova, Deputy Chairman of the Board of RBD highlighted the key provisions and the status of implementation of the SME Lending Support Program, new possibilities offered to small business under this program, the issues of interaction of RBD with its partners in all regions of Russia including the North Caucasian Federal Okrug.

Andrei Sharov, Director of SME Department of the Ministry of Economic Development was a spokesman at the meeting. The meeting was attended by representatives of the executive bodies of the member entities of Russia curating issues of SME development, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, regional departments of OPORA ROSSII and representatives of small and medium business.
