OJSC Construction Corporation Renaissance of St. Petersburg (a subsidiary of LSR Group) started construction works and sales of residential estate in the Venice residence on 34, Deputatskaya Street (Krestovsky Island). A mixture of perfect location, architecture of the Renaissance and modern engineering solutions make it an exclusive project. Market launch of the new de Luxe class object on Krestovsky Island will become one of the first major events on the elite real estate market of St. Petersburg this year, reported the press-centre of LSR Group.
