OREANDA-NEWS. March 12, 2010. In particular, consolidated budget revenues in January totaled 1 billion 520.5 million leis, up 83.6 million leis (5.8%) against January 2009, InfoMarket was informed at the Ministry of Finance.

The exceeded the planned level by 14.3 million leis (1%). At the same time, expenditure totaled 1 billion 802.4 million leis, down 625.9 million leis against the planned indicator but 225.4 million leis (14.3%) more than the national public budget expenditure in January 2009.

According to the Ministry of Finance’s data, the state budget deficit in January 2010 was 236 million leis, the state social insurance budget deficit – 204.4 million leis. At the same time, the surplus of the administrative-territorial units’ budgets totaled 123.2 million leis, that of the obligatory medical insurance budgets – 35.7 million leis.
