OREANDA-NEWS. March 15, 2010. Olesia Teploukhova, Director of SME Financing Department of RBD made a report at the conference “SME Lending in Russia. Trends & Prospects” that was held in Moscow  under support of Russian Micro-Finance Center, National Association of Participants of Micro-Finance Market and Moscow SME Support Fund, reported the press-centre of RBD. 

In her report Olesia Teploukhova outlined the progress of implementation of the SME Lending Support Program in the regions of the Russian Federation. According to Mr.Teploukhova as of today RBD has 80 partner-banks that have received 97% of funds provided by the limits. The entrepreneurs who have received loans under the Program could increase sale proceeds and reserve jobs. RBD will continue to fund SMEs efficiently in future”, O. Teploukhova said.

The conference was attended by Andrei Medvedev, representative from the RF Ministry of Economic Development and Trade; Mikhail Mamuta, President of Russian Micro-Finance Center; Andrei Kuznetsov, General Director of “OPORA Credit”; Alexander Karpov, Deputy Head of Moscow City SME Support and Development Department as well as representatives from Russian banks, regional SME support funds and local governments.
