OREANDA-NEWS. March 15, 2010. An international-standard sports complex containing a football stadium, a two-rink hockey centre and a cycle track is to be erected in Otradnoe township, northeastern Moscow.

It is stipulated by the Moscow Government order signed by the acting mayor, Vladimir Resin, on March 9.
