Ingosstrakh OJSIC paid out insurance indemnity of more than USD 300,000 under hull insurance policy for the aircraft crashed on its way from the USA to Russia, upon request of Jet Transfer company, the official representative of Cessna Aircraft in Russia and Kazakhstan.

On January 4, 2010 Cessna 172S N5118J aircraft flied off from the airport of Bangor (USA), but shortly after the take-off contact with the plane was lost. Later the plane was found in a river not far from the city of Greebush (USA). As a result of the accident caused, as it was declared, by strong icing and turbulence suffered by Cessna 172S the aircraft sustained damages qualified as constructive total loss of the aircraft.
