OREANDA-NEWS. March 19, 2010. The construction companies developing prefabricated houses in Moscow will soon stop building absolutely the same structures.

“The prefabricated building construction will not exist the way it currently does. It will be completely rearranged,” Vladimir Resin, first deputy mayor of Moscow, said at a press conference held within MIPIM 2010.

Mr Resin emphasized that brand new methods of building prefabricated houses would be introduced in the near future.

According to the official, DSK-7 will be the first company to change the appearance of residential buildings set to go up in the Russian capital.

Besides the difference in appearance, the new Moscow houses will vary in interior decoration.
