OREANDA-NEWS. March 22, 2010. MonArkh concern is to develop Bogorodsky mixed-use housing estate with the total area of 232,000 square metres on Marshala Rokossovskogo Street in northwestern Moscow.

According to Aleksandr Khrustalyov, CEO of NDV-Nedvizhimost (that is selling apartments of the housing estate), Bogorodsky is designed to consist of 12 monolithic buildings ranging between 7 and 30 storeys.

“The project foresees construction of 11 residential buildings and an office one. Bogorodsky will also be provided with a two-level parking facility for 1,890 vehicles,” Mr Khrustalyov specified.

The development is estimated to be worth 11 billion roubles (~USD 367 million).

“The first stage of the construction has already begun. It is planned to be completed in late 2010,” the CEO of NDV-Nedvizhimost added.
