OREANDA-NEWS. March 23, 2010. OJSC "Oschadbank" continues financing of TMM Company within existing credit lines targeted at completion of the first stage of Sonyachna Brama residential and office complex located at 73-79, Lomonosova st, Kyiv. Funds provided by OJSC "Oschadbank" fully cover financing requirements for completion of 1st stage of the project and its commissioning in 4th quarter of 2010. By this decision OJSC "Oschadbank" has confirmed its previously approved resolutions regarding the support of strategic clients with whom the bank has many years' positive experience of cooperation.  Having secured the funds for 1st stage of Sonyachna Brama complex completion, TMM eliminates the risk of insufficient financing of a large-scale project with only its operating revenue.

With the financing secured from OJSC "Oschadbank" TMM Company is going to direct the funds received from pre-sales of apartments in 1st stage of the complex to continue construction of the next stage. As of today, 25% of residential space in buildings of 1st stage of Sonyachna Brama project has been pre-sold. Thus, TMM ensures continuous construction process of all stages of the project. By the end of 2010 TMM is going to finish the monolith frame and brick laying works of 2nd stage of the complex and arrange the internal area between the buildings of 1st and 2nd stages in order to provide comfortable living conditions for the residents of the 1st stage buildings.

As of March 2010, the works performed on the 1st of the complex are as follows: 95% of monolith frame works, 85% of brick-laying works, 65% of glazing works, over a quarter of facade works volume and 80% of roof works. The completion of 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th stages is scheduled for 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 respectively.

Residential and office complex Sonyachna Brama, located at 73-79 Lomonosova st, Kyiv, is the largest TMM Company's project under construction. The complex includes 16 buildings: 14 residential and 2 office centers. The total area of the complex is 234 thousand sq m.  The enclosed infrastructure of the project, in which TMM realizes the "city within the city" concept, will include a supermarket, fitness center, laundry and dry cleaning, shops, cafes, bank branch and a park located on the territory of the complex .
