OREANDA-NEWS. March 24, 2010. On the 23d of March, current year, the city of Krasnoyarsk will see the start of the 7th open bread making Championship Baker of Siberia. Within the contest framework grain processing company PAVA will conduct a presentation of its own innovative product, wheat flour under Zhitnitsa brand.During the whole week by baking bread and confectionary Natalya Ermakova, PAVA’s quality assurance manager, will demonstrate baking qualities of Zhitnitsa to the participants and guests of the Championship.

 “Bakers are often very careful to introduce Zhitnitsa in the production process, as they suppose, it may cause changes in the process technology. But I would really like to stress that introduction of this unique flour type won’t need any changes in the technological process,” as quality assurance manager said.

To remind, PAVA first marketed Zhitnitsa flour brand in 2008. It is PAVA’s own innovative product, being type of flour with grain vital cells content. Zhitnitsa preserves up to 80% of valuable elements, naturally stored in wheat kernel. Such results were made possible thanks to state-of-the-art production technologies.

Moreover, the company has independently developed normative documents on production of bread, cakes and biscuits, manufactured from Zhitnitsa flour. To add, bakers from all over the country are being consulted by Natalya Ermakova on a regular daily basis.
