OREANDA-NEWS. March 31, 2010. Representatives of ITERA International Group of Companies presented about three hundred lively illustrated books, produced based on the latest scientific achievements in visual perception and tactile sensing, to foster-children of a specialized boarding school for cecutient children and the Correctional and Development Training Center in Shklov town (the Mogilev Region of Byelorussia).

According to educators of Shklov, "children need such books as much as they need air. These books help them obtain new knowledge and join the world of beauty, expand possibilities of tuning to full-value life".  The books were to the taste of children who represent the many regions of the Republic. They especially liked toy-books and fairy tales printed in bright colors, with hot stamping, large and music background.

Within the eleven years of ITERA participation in the Illustrated Books for Blind Little Children Project, the Company had presented books to children of Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Salekhard, Elista, Kiev, Baku and other regions where it is doing its business. Byelorussia is the new address where ITERA is implementing large development projects. These include Minsk-City and Business-Center".        

ITERA had been awarded a number of times with UNESCO Golden Certificate for its involvement in this charitable Project.
