March 31, 2010.  JSC E4-SibCOTES and Engineering Workers Guild of Russia have participated in the round table discussion on the issue of heat and power generated by wood, peat and waste-firing installations. The State Duma of the Russian Federation initiated the meeting where State Duma deputies, representatives of Ministries, federal and regional executive authorities, research establishments and large-scale processing plants were invited to discuss the issue essential for the contemporary power industry.
 
According to Mr. Konstantin Tsyplenkov, Deputy General Director for Marketing and Sales, JSC E4-SibCOTES, the Draft of the State Programme aimed at Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving Enhancement for the period up to 2020 was the main focus for the round table discussion. The participants emphasized that a critical role in the Program implementation should be played by development of small-scale power generation based, first and foremost, on innovative technologies and improvement of a power machine building system.
