OREANDA-NEWS. April 1, 2010. CenterTelecom OJSC reports that it has opened new Sales and Maintenance Center in Smolensk. This is the company's biggest center opened within the framework of a program aimed at transformation of CenterTelecom's subscriber maintenance departments into newest sales and maintenance centers.

The new center allows to solve any problem of the company's individual subscribers including installation of a telephone line, provision of IPTV services and Internet access on basis of FTTx. The address of the new center is 25 Neman str., Smolensk.

The new center also renders sales and maintenance services to the corporate customers. The range of the services includes provision of information related to the customers' balance, tariffs, terms of provision of telecommunications services, as well as conclusion of agreements and provision of accounting documents to the corporate customers.

CenterTelecom's customers can get full information about the company's services visiting the office of the new center which includes two halls for interactions with individual and corporate customers correspondingly.

Among the participants of the new center's opening ceremony were Vaagn Martirosyan, General Director, CenterTelecom, Pyotr Lopashinov, Deputy Governor of Smolensk region responsible for IT and telecommunications issues, Nikolai Kovalenko, Deputy General Director, Chief of Smolensk Branch, CenterTelecom, major clients of the company's Smolensk branch, regional and national media.

Mr. Martirosyan in his speech at the opening ceremony pointed out: "In the course of designing and putting the center into operation our specialists strived to take all newest approaches to customer relations into consideration. I am sure that Smolensk Sales and Maintenance Center being the biggest organization of such type in the region will be ranked among top sales and maintenance centers. We expect that the new center will be a reliable and comfortable platform for efficient interactions with our users."
