OREANDA-NEWS. April 2, 2010. United Airlines and Moscow Domodedovo Airport mark the first anniversary of cooperation.

United Airlines operates daily flights from Washington D.C. to Domodedovo airport. The previous year saw 70 thousand passengers carried. A convenient timetable allows for passengers to reach not only the capital of the USA but also benefit from connecting flights through Washington D.C. to the most populated cities of the United States like San Francisco, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Denver and Seattle.

Along with Washington D.C. Moscow Domodedovo Airport is now connected to 30 world capitals namely London, Tokyo, Singapore, Bangkok, Abu Dhabi, Berlin, Madrid, Vienna and others.

United Airlines is one of the leading companies in Star Alliance. Almost all airlines which are members to the alliance operate to Domodedovo: Lufthansa, Singapore Airlines, Thai Airways, Austrian Airlines are among them. There are 12 airlines representing Star Alliance operate from Domodedovo.

On the occasion on March 30 check-in agents and representatives of United Airlines will have white rose boutonniere, the check in area of the airline in Domodedovo will be decorated with a balloon arc of United Airlines corporate colors while passengers of their flights will be given presents.
