OREANDA-NEWS. April 2, 2010. Moscow Domodedovo Airport and bmi British Midland International are glad to announce new services available for their passengers.

Now passengers of bmi departing from Domodedovo may benefit from the airline’s new services.

bmi is offering on-line check-in procedure with an option to print a boarding pass at home or at work.

A passenger may now go through self check-in procedure at the airport. The clients are only requested to print out a boarding pass and then proceed to a gate or to a check-in counter to register baggage if any.

bmi makes it possible to choose an improved through check-in including issuance of boarding passes for connecting flights to/from Domodedovo airport with Star Alliance and airline partners.

Customers of the Star Alliance network can choose from more than 19 700 daily flights to reach 1 077 destinations in 175 countries. The Star Alliance network was established in 1997 as the first truly global airline alliance to offer worldwide coverage. Almost all leading Alliance members operate to Domodedovo – Lufthansa, Singapore Airlines, Thai Airways, Austrian Airlines, United, Swiss and others. There are 12 airlines – members of the Star Alliance presented in Domodedovo.
