OREANDA-NEWS. April 02, 2010. In March, 2010 on regular flights of Air Moldova airline were transported 24 638 passengers, that on 22% is more in comparison with the similar period of 2009.

The largest growth of passenger traffic recorded in direction Chisinau-St.-Petersburg (+74%), Chisinau-Paris (+30%), Chisinau-Bucharest (+26%), Chisinau-Madrid (+23%), Chisinau-Moscow (+22%), Chisinau-Istanbul (11%), Chisinau-Athens (+10%), Chisinau-Rome (+8%), Chisinau-Frankfurt (+6%).

Over 500 persons used the flights Air Moldova from Moscow and St.-Petersburg to Europe by stopping over in the Chisinau International Airport that becomes a transit airport.

Air Moldova airline introduces additional flights to Bucharest which will be operated daily, starting from March, 28, 2010.

Air Moldova passengers have the opportunity to fly from Chisinau to Bucharest seven times a week, starting from March, 28, 2010.
