OREANDA-NEWS. April 02, 2010. Oil boiler houses of Nakhodka will soon operate on solid fuel. Working meeting on such question was held by the governor of Primorsky Krai Sergey DARKIN in the course of his visit to Nakhodka city district.

Annual subsidies from the regional budget for heating Nakhodka city district make up 1 billion rubles. Such a large amount of costs is connected with the fact that boiler houses of the city district generally operate on oil fuel. 108 thousand tons of costly liquid fuel are required every heating season. According to the words of the governor Sergey DARKIN redirection of the number of boiler houses from liquid to solid fuel will make it possible to cut heating costs.

Such measures are stipulated by the regional target program "Energy conservation and increase of energy efficiency for 2010-2014". At the meeting the Head of Nakhodka city district Oleg KOLYADIN reported about measures planned for this year.
