OREANDA-NEWS. April 07, 2010. Ukraine would be willing to have more Russian goods transit via its territory, the Transport Business reported quoting Andriy Klyuyev, First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine. 

"We’ve begun talks (with Russia) on the harmonization of tariffs, to increase transit of Russian cargoes through Ukraine by rail, through the ports", Mr. Klyuyev was quoted as saying.

Ukraine is also negotiating with Russia on cooperation in shipbuilding, aviation and space industries.

According to an earlier report a Moscow meeting of the intergovernmental Ukrainian-Russian committee for economic cooperation has been scheduled for April 22nd.
