OREANDA-NEWS. April 14, 2010. En+ Group announces changes to its senior management team. Oleg Deripaska will replace Vladislav Soloviev as CEO in accordance with the resolution of the Group's Board of Directors.

Vladislav Soloviev has been CEO of En+ Group since 2008 and will continue to serve on the Board of Directors of the Group. He will also be appointed First Deputy CEO of UC RUSAL, in which En+ Group holds 47.59%.

Under the leadership of Vladislav Soloviev, En+ Group has cushioned the effects of the global crisis and completed a highly successful long-term loan restructuring.  At the same time, En+ has been able to secure a stronger position in the coal industry and consolidated its power assets under a single vehicle, OAO EuroSibEnergo (En+ Power), currently Russia's largest privately held energy company.

With Oleg Deripaska as CEO, En+ Group will continue to develop within its strategy aimed at becoming an important participant in global energy supply and metals markets. Within the next few years, En+ Group will focus on energy-related projects (inc. nuclear and alternative), energy minerals and metallurgy. The Group's strategy envisages its companies' listings on well-established stock exchanges in order to raise capital for the Group's investment and innovation projects.

Oleg Deripaska commented: "I look forward to working with the strong and well-established management teams at En+ Group as we build on their successes and seek to further develop the Group as a market leader in its sectors".
