OREANDA-NEWS. April 19, 2010. SITRONICS Information Technologies, one of the leading suppliers of solutions, products and services in the field of information technologies in Eastern Europe and CIS countries, jointly with JSC Mobile TeleSystems, leading telecommunication provider in Russia and CIS countries, launched implementation of project in JSC “Moscow Heating network company” for providing of complex service of monitoring and management of vehicles “NIKA”, reported the press-centre of SITRONICS.

JSC “Moscow Heating network company” (JSC “MHNC”) provides heating in the territory of Moscow and Moscow region. Work of all divisions of the company is guarantee of stable and uninterruptable supply of heating to population of the capital and nearby towns. For the purpose of operational efficiency of vehicles JSC “MHNC” made decision about implementation of system for control and automated management of vehicle fleet.

Today we successfully completed first stage of the project within which work for equipping of JSC “MHNC” vehicles with satellite equipment, connecting of navigation-information service “NIKA”, as well as training of technical personnel and monitoring service of JSC “MHNC” was performed.

Operating testing of the whole system for monitoring and navigation lasted for 3 months. Within the project we installed on test group of JSC “MHNC” vehicles subscriber navigational terminals GPS/GSM that transmit data into “NIKA” server about transport routes, vehicle condition, mileages and fuel consumption over reporting period. Specifically for JSC “MHNC” team of SITRONICS IT developed and implemented reporting system for evaluation of task execution by corporate transport. Flexible setting allows to include into report data about haulage including addresses of vehicle stay, information about passed geographical zones stating time line, distance and other parameters for the purpose of comparison with accepted standards. Specialists of SITRONICS IT conducted training of MHNC employees for work with system in order to provide independent support, administering and correct processing of data.
