OREANDA-NEWS. April 19, 2010. ALIDI, leading Russian provider of distribution, logistic and promotion services, becomes member of the EuroAsian Logistic Association, Russia (EALA).

ALIDI and EALA have longstanding business partnership ALIDI representatives often were invited by EALA to speak at the events, organized by the Association. In June 2009 ALIDI became the winner of the award “Best Russian Logistic Services Provider 2008”, which was initiated by EALA. In October 2009 Nikolay Tityukhin, President of EuroAsian Logistic Association, made a presentation “Logistics in Russia: Today and Tomorrow” at the forum “Our business is Logistics” organized by ALIDI in Nizhny Novgorod. Professional cooperation of Nikolay Tityukhin and Mikhail Miller, Sales Director of logistic services, also influenced ALIDI’s decision to enter EALA. Membership in the Associciation will give an impulse to the development of mutually beneficial  cooperation.

Main goals of the Association are:

determination of strategic directions of transport and logistic business in Russia development;

attraction of investment into modernization and development of transport and logistic systems of regions of Russia;

development of system of quality and data-logistic technologies management;

attraction to the work of the Association of leading Russian and foreign experts in the field of logistics;

stimulation and support of organization and carrying of research works in the field of logistic decisions.

At the moment among the members of EALA there are more than 20 Russian and international companies. Partners of the Association are German Logistic Association and The International Congress of Industrialists and Businessmen.
