OREANDA-NEWS. May 05, 2010. An online game developed by IC ROSNO last December to promote insurance products among web users has won silver at ADCR Awards, the professional design and advertising contest, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

ADCR Awards is the professional design and advertising contest held by the non-profit organization "Russian Art Directors Club". This contest has been held for the sixth time, with its participants competing with each other in 13 nominations. ROSNO’s online game "Insured Accident Finder" (http://effect.rosno.ru) has won the second place in the nomination "Media & Interactive. Games" (the first and the third places were not awarded this year).

This online game, not too serious as it looks, pursues quite important goals: improving web users’ awareness regarding insurance opportunities, using ROSNO ‘s product line as an example. The game features typical scenes from the life of an average city, where a player must discover all possible insured accidents. The game has been developed by ROSNO jointly with Grape Advertising Agency. This online game fully meets ROSNO‘s web promotion principles: finding unconventional instruments by using interactive entertainment opportunities featured by the Internet; utilizing communication channels attractive and convenient for web users, enabling the company not only to promote its specific products, but also to improve the insurance culture and the audience’s awareness about overall insurance advantages.

The Insured Accident Finder is not the first instance of ROSNO’s using an online game to interact with target audience. In 2008, the company released an image-boosting online game "Zabei Gol", which was also highly appreciated by the professional community. The project has won the first prize at the Moscow International Advertising Festival Red Apple 2008 in the nomination "Web Communications. Virus Campaigns".
