OREANDA-NEWS. May 05, 2010. In January-April 2010 Gomselmash Production Association exported products worth USD 110.4 million, up 1.5% over the same period last year.

According to him, the four-month export exceeded the entire 2007 export figures in monetary terms.

Gomselmash’s major export items are high-technology machinery such as grain and fodder harvesters. Gomselmash’s main trading partners are Russia, Kazakhstan and China which account for 95% of the export. The joint facilities which assemble Belarusian harvester kits have been large contributors to the growth too.

A well-developed commodity distribution network is very important for successful advancement of domestic farm machines to foreign markets. Gomselmash operates 93 dealer centers in 10 countries including in Argentine, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria.
