OREANDA-NEWS. May 06, 2010. ProCredit Bank launches the campaign “What you should know about a bank”, pursuing the goal of informing the private individuals about what means to work with a bank and about the advantages and risks connected with banking services.

One of the key-objectives of the campaign is publishing the booklet “What you should know about a bank” designed for private individuals, which contains simple and accessible information on rights and obligations resulting from the acquisition of certain banking services and the most important things simple people should know about the banking system of the Republic of Moldova.

ProCredit Bank is supported in its initiative by the National Bank of Moldova. “The competitiveness of an institution directly depends on the trust of current and potential clients. In order to succeed in conditions of severe competition, the business needs to be based on principles of effective management transparency”, mentions the Governor of NBM, Mr. Dorin Dragutanu in his foreword in the booklet.

“The banking institution must present the information on provided services in a user-friendly manner for clients, who should be supported in understanding and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of every product, so that they are able to take the right decision on the bank to choose and the product to use. In order to be accessible to the general public, the booklet “What you should know about a bank” will be distributed through the republican newspaper “Saptamana” as a supplement to Friday edition of May 7, 2010 to all its subscribers.

At the same time, ProCredit Bank intends to bring the information to the young generation, which is the best investment in the future success of our country. In this connection, from May 03 to May 21 of current year, ProCredit Bank will conduct “a lesson about a bank” in the biggest University Centres of the country, during which the students will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the banking system mechanisms and to be informed about the most important things a future specialist should know about a bank or a bank product. The presentation will be conducted by a group of experts from ProCredit Bank, who will share their experience with all the students.
