OREANDA-NEWS. May 6, 2010. Well House residential complex was commissioned on 111/2 Leninsky Avenue in southwestern Moscow.

“We started working on the project exactly three years ago. There were no companies in Moscow, except Mirax Group and Don-Stroy, developing 50-storey structures at that time,” Sergey Polonsky, chairman of the board of the Mirax Group directors, said at the opening ceremony.

According to Nikolay Koshman, first deputy chairman of the board of the Mirax Group directors, Well House on Leninsky Avenue has been one of the most complicated developments by the company for the last few years.

Mr Koshman thanked especially Vladimir Resin, first deputy mayor of Moscow and head of the Integrated Body for Urban Design Policy and Development of Moscow, and Aleksandr Kosovan, head of the Department of Urban Development of Moscow, who supervised the development personally.

“We thank the Moscow Government, especially for the help in solving the problem of power supply. We are very glad that all basic engineering systems of the residential complex are in working condition now,” the first deputy chairman of the board of the Mirax Group directors added.
