OREANDA-NEWS. May 13, 2010. On 10-11 May Brussels hosted the World Economic Forum on Europe organized jointly with the Belgium Government.

The choice of the venue is symbolic as Belgium will preside over the EU in the near future. In the framework of the Forum government and businesses assessed opportunities of the economy development in the period of recovery from recession and discussed the issues dealing with geopolitics, environment and business responsibility towards society. The event was attended by over 250 representatives of political forces, businesses and NGOs from across the world.

SCM Group was represented at the Forum by: SCM Director of International and Investor Relations Jock Mendoza-Wilson, SCM Director of Energy Business Development Sergey Korovin, DTEK CEO Maksim Timchenko, DTEK COO Yuriy Ryzhenkov, DTEK Business Development Director Guerman Ainbinder and DTEK CSR Manager Kirill Ermichine.
