OREANDA-NEWS. May 19, 2010. Ukio bankas, expanding client servicing net in western part of Lithuania, has opened a new Ukio bankas unit in Palanga. Ukio bankas unit was established in Taikos str. 68 a next to IKI shopping centre, reported the press-centre of Ukio bankas.

“We have opened a client servicing unit in Palanga, the capital of holiday makers before the start of the holiday season. That will enable our current and perspective clients to handle their financial matters while being at the seaside” – said Kazimieras Liniauskas, Manager of Klaipeda branch of Ukio bankas.

Private and corporate clients will be able to open accounts, to place deposits under favorable terms, to have payment cards issued, to perform various financial transactions and to be provided with professional consultations on various banking issues in the new unit.

Ukio bankas unit in Palanga will service clients on business days from 9 am to 6 pm.

Currently, Ukio bankas has 12 branches and 48 client servicing units in all Lithuania. Twelve units belong to Klaipeda branch.
