OREANDA-NEWS. May 20, 2010. Over 28 thousand applications were received by customer service centers of IDGC of the North-West for the first quarter of 2010. The main topic is a procedure of technological connection to electric grids – about 40% of appeals to CSC were devoted to it according to the data of the sector of the work organizations with customers.

Over 3 thousand applications for the technological connection to electric grids were filed through CSCs beginning (or people responsible for the organization of work with customers in production departments) within three months since the year beginning.

In the first quarter of the current year the additional paid services at the sum of RUR 17, 7 million are rendered through CSCs. RUR 3, 8 million from them are on the account of branches “Vologdaenergo” and “Novgorodenergo”.

“Komienergo” earned RUR 3, 3 million for this period, branch “Karelenergo” – RUR 1, 7 million. The list of additional paid services is given in CSCs and at web pages of the branches of IDGC of the North-West  in section “For the Customers”.

The fulfillment of the building and installation works gave a significant part of the proceeds from rendering the additional paid services. The additional paid services rendered by the branches through customer service centers include also the maintenance and repair of electric installations of customers, the maintenance of networks of street lighting, transport services. The change of accounting meters is a service in-demand.

Since 2007 IDGC of the North-West , JSC develops mechanisms aimed at providing an operational consideration of appeals from citizens by power supply issues, to add to their efficient solution and make the maintenance process comfortable and clear.

As of today 23 specialized departments – customer service centers (CSC) where 71 people work are opened in seven regions of Northwest. Besides that, 87 specialists responsible for the work organization with customers discharge functions of customer service centers in production departments.

Any customer can receive a consultancy of specialists by the issues of technological connection, quality and delivery of power, rendering of additional paid services, to file a complaint in case of conflict.
