OREANDA-NEWS. May 24, 2010. Rostechnologii, a state corporation, and ITERA Oil and Gas Company, LLC, made a cooperation agreement. 

The document envisions coordination of the parties’ efforts in development, production and supply by the corporation of high-technology equipment and other equipment for the Oil and Gas Company.

The agreement is intended to provide conditions to allow the usage of research-and-technology potential of the corporation leading organizations at implementing modern technologies in developing gas fields and supporting other ITERA and its affiliates’ production activities, and to supply products of the company to Rostechnologii entities.

The cooperation priorities include development of innovative equipment for search and exploration of natural gas fields, methods of production and processing of components extracted from stratum water during operation of oil and gas fields, development of new generation of gas pumping gas turbines, gas and mobile compressors. It is envisaged, in particular, to develop mobile facilities for production and storage of liquefied and compressed natural gas, technology for production of synthetic products from gas and methods to enhance processing of sour gas, perfection of technological tools for diagnostic testing facilities for gas and oil production and transportation.

The agreement includes the plan to carry out work intended to develop cogeneration energy technologies and perfection of ways of combined production of electricity and heat with the use of equipment produced by enterprises of the corporation, as well as development of technology to ensure rational environmentally safe industrial management, reduction of emissions and discharge of noxious substance, waste reclamation and implementation of other innovative projects.
