OREANDA-NEWS. May 28, 2010. The Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) is launching trade in international bonds of Bank CenterCredit (Almaty), reported the press-centre of KASE:

- XS0243010443 (CCBNe2; USD300.0 m; 02.02.06 - 02.02.11, semiannual coupon 8.00 % APR, 30/360);

- XS0245586903 (CCBNe3; USD100.0 m; termless, in circulation from - March 3, 2006, semiannual coupon 9.125 % APR, beginning March 3, 2016 - quarterly coupon; 30/360);

- XS0282585859 (CCBNе4; USD500 m; 30.01.07 - 30.01.14, semiannual coupon 8.625 % APR; 30/360);

- XS0267377454 (CCBNе5; KZT25.0 bn; 20.09.06 - 30.09.11, semiannual coupon 8.25 % APR; 30/360).

The bonds are quoted within the fourth decimal net bond value.

Bank CenterCredit's subsidiary BCC Invest (Almaty) will make market on the bonds with the following mandatory quotes:

- bonds XS0243010443, XS0245586903 and XS0282585859 - USD19,300 in nominal terms of debt;

- bonds XS0267377454 - KZT2,900,000.00.

The bonds were listed on KASE as Rated debt securities May 19, 2010.
