OREANDA-NEWS. June 08, 2010. Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) is reminding – new individual bank account numbers (IBAN) and new bank identification codes (BIC), based on international standards ISO 13616: IBAN and ISO 9362: BIC accordingly will be effective in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Besides, individual identification numbers and business identification numbers will be applied beginning August 13, 2010 for money payment and transfers, reported the press-centre of KASE.

In this regard, the KASE Board of directors on April 29, 2010 approved changes and supplements No. 17 (the Amendments) to KASE internal document "Rules on currency trading settlement" (the Rules). The Amendments were agreed with the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (FSA) on May 20, 2010 and will be effective June 7, 2010.
