Deutsche Bank Russia announces opening of its second office in St. Petersburg. Almost 800 sq. m. of premises in business-center “Severnaya Stolitsa” are leased for Deutsche Bank Global Technology, Capital Markets (GT CM). The first stage of 500 sq. m. is by now in use, and the second stage of 300 sq. m. will be completed by September 2010. The total office space provides 95 workstations for GT CM employees. Deutsche Bank Global Technology, Capital Markets plans to expand further and to hire software developers into the new office in St. Petersburg this year to meet global development demands.

Deutsche Bank Global Technology, Capital Markets has been operating in Russia since 2000. The software developed in conjunction with GT CM is used by the Deutsche Bank Group companies including New York, Frankfurt, London, Tokyo, Singapore and Hong Kong. It provides IT consultancy and IT development services with regard to software used to improve operating activities of the Deutsche Bank Group on international financial markets including stock exchanges in key world financial centers.

Business-center “Severnaya Stolitsa” is comfortably located in the historical and business center of the city on river Moyka Embankment and Volynsky Pereulok. The business-center is built by applying modern building technologies, and high level technical solutions and engineering systems which provide top-quality services and a comfortable working environment for Deutsche Bank employees. In addition, the Deutsche Bank office is located on the top floor of the business-center which allows exceptional views of the historical center of the city.
