The Bank of Moscow also noted the question submitted by Leonid Magrachev from St. Petersburg, who asked the best question in one of the games of the "What" Where? When?" Spring Season about the bicycle by giving the viewer a bicycle. At the awards ceremony, which was held at the St. Petersburg offices of the Bank, the winner told how he had long been a fan of the game "What" Where? When?" and had participated several times. "Although my question did not gain points for the viewers, I am very pleased that it was noted and recognised as the best in the game", — Leonid Magrachev remarked. "I would like to thank the Bank of Moscow for its high appraisal of my question and for the wonderful gift. I plan to continue taking part in the game".

It is now easier to ask the "wise ones" questions thanks to the special thematic Internet resource www.telezriteli.tv recently launched by the Bank of Moscow. A special forum has been set up on the new website for the fans of the TV quiz, questions are collected for the teams, and it is planned to hold competitions of questions for prizes. The Bank of Moscow invites all fans of the programme to join the on-line viewers’ club.

In addition, the Bank of Moscow collects questions from TV viewers through its branch network — all the offices of the Bank accept letters with questions for the teams.
