OREANDA-NEWS. June 18, 2010. Sviaz-Bank acted as co-manager to float three-year Series 02 bond issue floated by the Khanty-Mansi Bank to raise 3 billion rubles on the MICEX Stock Exchange, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The issue was floated by public subscription. The interest rate on the first bond coupon was fixed at 7.85% per annum after competitive bidding. The effective yield of the option ended up at 8%.
The total demand for bonds at the auction topped 5 billion rubles, with interest on the first coupon asked by the investors ranging between 7% and 9% per annum. Sviaz-Bank’s share of the bond issue is estimated at 750 million rubles.

The syndicate of underwriters had Sviaz-Bank and NOMOS Bank (OJSC) as co-managers and the Khanty-Mansi Bank OJSC and RONIN LLC as managing underwriters.

The second bond issue offered by the Khanty-Mansi Bank OJSC was registered by the Federal Financial Markets Service under registration No.4-02-01971-V on April 21, 2010.
