OREANDA-NEWS. June 21, 2010. Sviaz-Bank acted as a member of an underwriting group formed to float the first issue of government-status medium-term bonds offered by the Budget Policy and Treasury Committee of Volgograd Region’s Administration (registration number RU34004VLO0) to raise 2 billion rubles, with a maturity of 1,456 days, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.        

The issue was floated on the MICEX Stock Exchange by bidding to fix the interest rate payable on the first coupon (8.75% per annum). All the bonds were sold out.

Rosbank Commercial Bank (OJSC) is the general agent bank, KIT Finance Investment Bank (OJSC), Sviaz-Bank OJSC, and TransCreditBank OJSC are the underwriters, and Gazenergoprombank CJSC, Sberbank of Russia OJSC, Otkrytiye Financial Company (LLC), Petrocommerce Bank OJSC, GK Region, Capital Investment Company (LLC), and Promsviazbank OJSC act as co-underwriters.
