OREANDA-NEWS. June 21, 2010. JSC "The Seventh Continent" (further referred to as the Company), fully made sixth coupon payment on bonds (02 series, registration number 4-02-00462-H dated 26/12/2006) in the amount of 122, 346 mn. rubles. Annual interest coupon rate is 7.8%. According to the terms of issue the coupon is paid semi-annually, reported the press-centre of Seventh Continent.   

On June 21, 2007, the Company has successfully placed 5 year bonds raising 7 bn. rubles. The bond issue was placed by open subscription on the MICEX, the interest rate for the coupons 1-6 was set 38,89 rubles per bond or 7,8% per annum.
