Rosneft held out an annual shareholders meeting. Rosneft’s annual shareholders meeting took place on Friday. In course of the meeting a number of interesting news was announced, which more or less might affect the company’s quotes motion.

Transneft struggles for 3.5% tariff upping. Transneft directed an offer to FST on upping the tariff for oil transporting via pipeline system of the company by 3.5% from July 1, announced the head of Transneft Nikolay Tokarev to the journalists, imparted Interfax.

Rostelecom summed up quarter results. Sales of Rostelecom in 1Q 2010 by IAS formed 14.9 bn RUR, which is 8.8% lower than the similar estimate a year before. OIBDA lowered by 2.8% to the level of 2.7 bn RUR. Net profit formed 579 mn RUR versus 849 mn RUR a year before.

NWT: profitability higher than cellular operators. Sales of NWT by IAS formed 7 bn RUR in 1Q 2010 versus 6.5 bn RUR a year before. Operating profit totaled 2 bn RUR having upped by 1.5 times versus the similar period of the year earlier. The net profit formed 1.5 bn RUR versus net loss of 143 mn RUR in 1Q 2009.
