OREANDA-NEWS. June 25, 2010. This was said by the Vice-Premier, the Minister of Economy at press-conference with participation of Fabrizio Barbaso, Deputy Director-General, General Directorate of European Commission for Energy and Transport, who was in his working visit to Chisinau.

In his turn, Fabrizio Barbaso said, the joint of Moldova to Energetic Society is a symbol of energetic policies’ reorientation to European energetic market, and that due to equal principles and requirements in the field of energetic the active exchange of experience is already possible. In this connection Valeriu Lazar noted the advantages that Moldova acquires due to the status of member of corresponding agreement: joint to European policy in the energetic field by means of adoption of European practices and experience, restructuring of national energetic sector by means of integration on regional energetic markets and provision of security and service quality, rendered by market operators.

Delegation of EC and secretariat of Energetic Society headed by Fabrizio Barbaso was in official visit in Chisinau on June 22nd-23rd. The purpose of the visit was to resume the obtaining of full-fledged EU member status by Moldova, and also to discuss the possible challenges in the process of implementation of obligations, concerning joint to this organization.
