OREANDA-NEWS. June 30, 2010. United regional dispatcher center will be established in Ivanovo region, in line with the state policy on IT and GLONASS introduction in all branches of national economy. The issue was discussed during the meeting of regional informational council.

The center is to coordinate navigation systems in the region. GLONASS technologies shall be introduced in all transport structures, including passenger, medical, communal, etc vehicles.
